Our 5 years at overlook were a great experience and we only left due to a relocation. Maintenance was always respectful and quick to respond to requests, while the office always did a good job of responding to any questions or issues came up. The neighborhood is quiet and on the bus line for those who need it and all of our neighbors were friendly; an overall great community.

Kim made the application process very smooth for us and we have been very happy ever since we moved in a few years ago! If we have a maintenance request, they are super accommodating, efficient (same day) and communicative. The maintenance staff is amazing!! I find the apartment to be surprisingly quiet and neighbors friendly. Also they adore our dog!! Highly recommend.
